Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major US holidays) after the order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $9.99 for all orders shipped within the contiguous USA. All orders ship using ground service. We primarily use UPS for shipments.

Returns

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and a 25% restock fee will be applied. Contact Kährs by emailing info@kahrs.com or by using the Kährs Store Contact Page to
initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization #.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method including any re-stocking fees. The refund amount will be the full order amount minus the original shipping costs and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@kahrs.comwith your order number and clear photos of the issue (including the packaging if damaged). We will work with you to resolve this promptly, which may include a replacement, refund, or other satisfactory solution, and will cover the return shipping costs if necessary. Please do not discard any damaged items or packaging until your claim is resolved, as
shipping carrier may require inspection.
